If it were up to me, I would say that Vince has done the MOST for his team, and is deserving of the award.

What do you guys think?

My personal opinion is that Colston would be my choice by a slim margin. His injury has made this real close.

Colston pre-injury was a shoe-in...But after VY went Rose Bowl for the past couple of games, I think that the number of Merrill Hoge's in the world has basically diminished. Then again, Hester is an NFL single-season record holder already, and Ken Houston was a HOF'er.

Marcus McNeill before Mangold and even with Ryans if we're talking the unflashy guys.

McNeill and Ryans have been super. I would go with Ryans because he appears to be the Defense for Houston, but McNeill has helped lead the way for a record breaker.All of the others mentioned have performed extremely well, and the ROY seems to go to an offensive player. My guess is that its Colston, but close.

My thoughts exactly. Only time will tell, but the 2006 crop appears to a benchmark for one of the greatest ever.
