It's like they forgot that Reese is a good receiver out of the backfield. They aren't even attempting to get him involved.

Then again, he is a running back, so it's only natural that the Raiders use him improperly.

DHB is simply not a good receiver. Thought he showed promise coming out of last year, but he just doesn't have the hands to make a play when he has to, or the heart to put himself out there and create something out of nothing.

No. Offsetting personal fouls for the extra-curricular stuff. 5 yard false start penalty was the net result from a penalty perspective.
