Raiders vs Vikings - Week 3 (1 Viewer)

Raiders come out have two poor defensive penalties, then break down on covering the long ball.

If I know my Raiders, that's going to set the tone for the rest of the game. And not in a good way.

Carr doing everything he can to ensure a loss. Terrible overthrow to WRs, and a head-scratching pick to give the Vikings, already up by 14, the ball on the Raiders' 30.

So what is the story on the Raiders? I expected them to be alot better this season. I know they lost AB, but still.. Will Gruden see year 3 at this rate?

Key pieces missing in secondary (Abram to injury) and O Line (Gabe Jackson to injury, Incognito suspended) with little depth behind to help.

It was right to let AB go, but without him our WR core is thin.

And horrid defensive play in terms of stupid penalties.

I don't think anyone thought the Raiders were a playoff team, but I hoped for 8-8. Even that was a stretch given their ridiculously penalizing schedule.

On the glass half full side, our run D looks much improved, we played KC generally well except for that 2nd Q (and would argue that Mahomes can do that to any team at any time), and MIN is no cupcake.

Mixture of a team that has yet to the turn a corner and really hard schedule.

Nice play by Renfrow to extend this drive for the Raiders.

Still good to see Hughes playing even though he didn't make the play.

Waller is a key bright spot today, but missed reeling in a key 3rd down and long catch to keep the drive going, instead Raiders need to punt and cede the ball up to the Vikings close to the end of the half.
