If the rain does in fact come down heavy at Ralph Wilson, how much, if any, do you downgrade Lee Evans? I always struggle with this because while conventional wisdom would say that it's tougher to pass in the rain, it's also tougher for the defensive backs to react quickly. Oftentimes the WR can gain separation because he makes the first cut and the DB is slow to follow due to bad footing.

any thoughts on Evans in BUF today or on this topic in general?

As you indicated, rain favors the offense sometimes, but I will add that it doesn't when it's a down pour or high winds. Anyone know the severity of the rain, or the wind conditions?

They would run more.

But really lee evans is the only target losman throws to besides magahee.

So even if its raining crazy. expect at least 1 big TD pass to evans as the defenders slip n slide on the wet grass.

its a non factor to me.
