Rank the NFL RBs in terms of real life talent(not FF) (1 Viewer)

I think this is a very interesting question, and it will produce some good debate. Where do you rank LJ and SA for example? Are they just products of their great o-lines or legit talents? Its a tough question to answer because so much of a RBs success hinges upon surrounding talent. Take everything into consideration from rushing ability to pass protection to leadership. Heres my top 10:

1. LT2

2. Tiki Barber

3. S Alexander

4. Edge

5. Portis

6. LJ

7. B Westbrook

8. W Dunn

9. J Lewis

10. T Jones

Just missed()in no particular order): McGahee, S Jackson, L Jordan

Note: I chose not to rank the rookies in here because I didn't want this to turn into another Reggie Bush thread. FWIW he would definitely be in my top 10 if I had. I also don't have any RBs on my list who were rookies last year. This wasn't totally intentional, as I would've put one on the list if they deserved it, but I do value consistency somewhat and none of them had proven enough to me.

Pretty darn accurate list you have there, IMO.

I'd have to think about it, but mine wouldn't be a while lot different in the top 3-5.

Slot Carnell Williams in at #7....
I'm not sure if I feel he is good enough at pass protection, leadership, or proven durability yet to warrant such a high ranking.
Leadership is there...he has been nothing but outstanding in every way off the field, including making sure he was in camp on time by signing a contract at the wee hours of the morning and driving to Orlando immediately to get there by the first morning practice.I agree on the pass protection and durability questions, but looking at some of the others ranked like Westbrook and Taylor, don't see much of a difference.I think Carnell is better at running the football than everyone but the top 6.

I have trouble after the top 2 so I am only going to list the top 2.Without a doubt, LT2 is the most talented back in the NFL. My 2nd one will be debated, but Willis Mcgahee is #2. If he were on KC or Seattle, he would be the 1st pick in the draft. He is UBER talented

Wow...McGahee is barely above average. What are you looking at? Old college film?
