For redrafts owners trying to find the late lightening in a bottle, which of these guys (or others that I didn't think of) are waiver that have the best shot to do something?

1. Ron Dayne - Latest: Very good production! Ahman's status?
Positives: Has exploded 2nd half before.
Issues: Echemendu and Green. Has shown his limits many times. Boom or bust type.
2. Mo Morris - Latest: Performed relatively well Monday night. Should be solid with S-Alex out.
Positives: Should be the starter now on a somewhat potent offense. Good schedule.
Issues: We saw how this (didn't) work last year. Bad Oline. Alexander could return.
3. Chris Brown - Latest: LenDale got dinged and Brown may have been dropped.
Positives: Has proven serious upside on a VERY strong running team.
Issues: Chris Henry, LenDale will compete. He gets injured as quick as anyone.
4. Aaron Stecker - Latest: A TD and more with Bush hurting.
Positives: Should get improved play if Bush's injury is recurrent/worse than sounds. Great offense.
Issues: Bush gets the lion's share when healthy, but could do much worse.
5. Ricky "Puff Puff" Williams - Reinstated by the NFL, was once of course a top 8 RB.
Positives: Uber-upside, though it's been years... a known high talent. They may want to find out what they have in him with nothing to play for.
Issues: Seemingly hasn't earned much; team isn't playing for anything, so they may not rewards year of flakiness.
6. Rueben Droughns - Latest: Got TD and 4 touches with Ward out...
Positives: Goalline time and reps if either of the other oft-nicked up RBs go down.
Issues: Lots of competition that is better than he is. Seems to be 3rd on the list, though the offense likes to use two.
7. Greg Jones - Latest: 2 TDs - 1 rec and 1 run.
Positives: Big time goal line threat. That's worth something with the scraps on the wire.
Issues: Nothing but occasional goal line...
8. Michael Pittman - Latest: BYE week - we'll find out in week 11...
Positives: Run oriented attack. Was successful in it before getting hurt.
Issues - Lots of competition with seemingly higher upsides. Limited usage is most likely.
9. A-Train (or potentially Wright) - Latest: With Lynch missing Wednesday's practice with a "severe" ankle sprain, it's looking good (at least short term) for the train...
Positives: Has been a serviceable start before with good production. The Bills are playing decent with Loserman back.
Issues: Lynch will be back, and could be sooner than later. Train would compete with Wright for time.
10. T.J. Duckett - Latest: Healthy Kevin Jones leaves little left over...
Positives: Could be the man in a good running game if Jones goes down (which he often has).
Issues: Low upside with Jones healthy.
11. Michael Bush - Not activated, but with only Fargas playing he has upside.
Positives: A higher upside as the unknown high talent.
Issues: LaMont still around, Fargas should be locking up time. Unknown. Injury lingering. Untested/Unproven.
12. Joe Echemendu - Update: Barely got action in the week 10 Dayne show.
Positives: Unknown, looked good in limited action. Unlike Dayne, they may want to find out what they have in him for the future.
Issues: Unknown. Competition in the offense.
13. Kolby Smith - Extremely sparse action; didn't do anything great.
Positives: Upside young guy. Will share, but should be promised some action against some bad run Ds.
Issues: Priest. Wouldn't he have gotten time if he was good?! Then again, would they have let Bennett go if they had no hope?! Totally unknown. Oline and offense suck.
14. Brandon Jackson - Update: Sparse action behind effective Grant.
Positives: Could become the starter *if*Grant gets hurt.
Issues: Grant, Morency, Not a great running team, didn't show much to start off.
15. Vernand Morency - Latest: Looking like 3rd down back AT BEST.
Positives: Has been a pretty decent runner at times. Hasn't gotten a real shot yet due to injuries.
Issues - May just be the 3rd down back (limited upside). Injuries (aplenty). Competition. Limited upside running offense.
16. Samkon Gado - Latest: Didn't get a single play week 10.
Positives: Like Dayne, he's done it before. Great running offense. Limited competition - Chatman far from proven.
Issues - Not starter. Lets face it: Houston dropped him for a reason (and kept Dayne). Team may be behind a lot and throwing. Passing game much, much weaker.
17. Musa Smith - Latest: Nothing; McGahee back to healthy...
Positives: The best backup to own in a backfield that has brought McGahee solid production.
Issues: Splits backup time with Anderson. Healthy McGahee means not much for either. OLine/Offense has had problems.
* Pierre Thomas - Loooong shot.
Just looking to start a discussion since I know a lot of us are looking for some RB depth with all of the casualties this year.
