Rankings of declared college players (1 Viewer)

Since my playoff season is now squashed (thanks to Betts and C. Taylor unable to find the end zone), I am anxious to start looking forward to the offseason and start tracking players that have declared for the draft.

I tried doing a search on college player rankings but all I could find was mock drafts. So please forgive if something like this has been posted recently.

The main thing I'm looking for is info on a players stats through college, prior injuries, weaknesses, strengths, surrounding cast, level of play, and measurables.

I'm still in the hunt in my 32 team dynasty with IDP which is the main reason I'm looking for this kind of info.

What magazine gives the best college player info? Are there any good FREE sites that have indepth info?

I know Bloom loves this stuff and will probably start posting stuff soon, but I wanted to get something started where everyone can post any blurb they might hear that has some value to it.

If we can get this thing going, in exchange I will send any one interested a master draft rankings list. I work with a "Draftnik" and he purchases every draft publication out there and creates this master list by averaging the rankings across the board along with his own equations thrown in. It's really impressive stuff and I used it last year to help with my initial draft and I had a very solid draft with lots of value picks (rookie draft). I sent it to a few of you earlier in the year.

GO!

I prefer:

NFL Draft Scout - online, pay

NFL Draft Countdown - online, free

ProFootballWeekly - mag/book

Draft Insiders (Coyle) - book

4th and Goal Films - DVD of highlights

Aside from my own observations, I think that CNNSI and NFL.com put together the best "one page synopsis" profiles of players. However, most of the material won't get going until March and I think that CNNSI's ratings of players relative to each other is poorly done.

Great Blue North (www.gbnreport.com) is a good site too because they offer a good cross section of profiles, ratings, and different author's perspectives.
