One of the weirdest things I've ever seen in my time spent in the realm of IDP. No teams seem interested and I consistently find only speculative news on him when a LB gets injured and the local coverage wonders if their team will now kick the tires on Evans. (DAL is the current flavor with Overshown's injury)
