Solid draft.  It looks like you counted on the deep WR position and filled the others first.  By ADP you have the 

#1 QB #1 TE, & #3 RB to start.

Your other 4 RB are the RB1 or RB1A on their teams.  

Your WR are 23, 25, 35, 39 & 49 by ADP.  I expect you to get a fair WR2 and an adequate WR3 out of those, but you are missing a WR1.  That's what pulls this down to a B+ for me.
