even that was a blow to the head call and not roughing the passer. the hit Ngata had the play before would be a penalty vs. any other QB in the league. Ball was long gone and he planted his helmet right in his ribs. happens every week. I'm not the biggest fan of Vick, but he deserves the same calls from the refs any other QB gets...Ds clearly know they can tee off on him with impunity.

Then take your choice of any play of the last drive. How about the hit below the knees which is a penalty whether or not VIck had just handed it off.
