Showing some signs of life todayYeah problem is hes not good. Still should be solid rb2.
Is it happening?
Denver is a very good defense, too - so…That offensive line is a mash unit and lost another starter today. But he's gonna get lots of volume with Najee likely done for the season.
They are but Becton went down today, hopefully it's not long-term. They were already struggling with the loss of Slater and his backup Pipkins picked up an ankle injury and was in and out of the lineup today too. I still expect big things the rest of the season even if the blocking is going to be suspectJust saw Najee tore his Achilles. Yeesh. Can probably close the book on that debate.
Hampton with a nice line - wish I’d been able to buy low.

Omarion Hampton had 19 rushes for 69 yards and a touchdown in the Chargers’ Week 3 win against the Broncos, adding six catches for 60 yards.
Hampton finally saw a workhorse role in the Bolts backfield after Najee Harris left the game with what appeared to be a season-ending leg injury of some kind. Hampton’s pass-catching role exploded with Harris sidelined: He ran a route on 35 of 58 Justin Herbert drop backs and saw seven targets, the third most among all LA pass catchers on the day. Hampton had just four targets and three receptions in the season’s first two weeks. Hampton’s touchdown came on a short read-option. Unless OC Greg Roman uses Kimani Vidal in the Najee role going forward, Hampton now has the sort of workload that can translate into weekly top-10 fantasy production. Hampton takes on the Giants in Week 4.

Come on, ride the train, and ride it (woo-woo)Matthew Berry’s “ride or die” back on track?
Is it? They got abused 2 games in a row now.Just saw Najee tore his Achilles. Yeesh. Can probably close the book on that debate.

Historically. And on paper. And in a divisional game.Is it? They got abused 2 games in a row now.
BTW, who should we be looking to stash in the case hampton goes down? I don’t imagine there’s anyone decent on the roster, but maybe they sign someone
Fair to say he’s earned Herbert’s trust so I expect we see more and more of this.Herbert finally wised up and starting passing to him. First 2 games he was wide open several times and herbert refused to throw it to him.
I could see Gus Edwards being brought back. Knows the system and can block and fall forward.BTW, who should we be looking to stash in the case hampton goes down? I don’t imagine there’s anyone decent on the roster, but maybe they sign someone
Right now Hassan Haskins is the backup. But Kimani Vidal and Amar Johnson are their practice squad RBs. Vidal probably gets first crack since he's been there the longest. Amar Johnson is a bit undersized (not too badly) but he's got some juice. I think he's from South Dakota State.

What’s your QB situation and can you start 3 RBs?Just got offered Jayden Daniels straight up for hampton in a redraft. I have saquan and CMC + Judkins so considering it
I think this is probably right but Miller-Hines returns kicks. I don’t know if I like having Hampton back there on special teams.I could see Gus Edwards being brought back. Agree with @rockaction that Vidal will almost certainly get signed to the active roster. He was on the active roster all of last season under this staff. I think it is more likely they would sign Miller-Hines to the practice squad after moving up Vidal than signing Edwards to either active roster or practice squad. Edwards was bad last season.
I probably take this if you don't have a top 8 qb.Just got offered Jayden Daniels straight up for hampton in a redraft. I have saquan and CMC + Judkins so considering it
I can start 3 RBS & have Mccaffrey, Saquan, Hampton, Judkins & maybe Harvey laterWhat’s your QB situation and can you start 3 RBs?Just got offered Jayden Daniels straight up for hampton in a redraft. I have saquan and CMC + Judkins so considering it
Then yeah it does seem to make sense. Hate to give up one of the few 3 down RBs on a really good team but getting a QB is a priority for you.I can start 3 RBS & have Mccaffrey, Saquan, Hampton, Judkins & maybe Harvey laterWhat’s your QB situation and can you start 3 RBs?Just got offered Jayden Daniels straight up for hampton in a redraft. My qbs suck. Purdy on IR coming back- filled the hole w/ Marriota last week
I'll be bidding on him in two redrafts where I have Hampton, but I'm only going a few bucks. If Hampton goes down it looks like Haskins will be the next man up but I'm guessing they'd go with a committee of Haskins, Vidal, etc. if it came to it.Is Hassan Haskins now a handcuff?

They will trade for a rb before deadline..

Omarion Hampton had the 4th-most yards from scrimmage (129) in Week 3.
Just David Montgomery, Tre Tucker, and Christian McCaffrey had more
Worked out ok for you, Cook is cooking. Good chance we look back in a couple weeks and Hampton vs Cook looks like a win-win between the 2 best 3rd round picks. If guy in my draft picked Cook instead of Henderson Id be a Hampton owner. I wasn't even considering Hndo.Mymimd set on Hampton in that Offense. I chose Cook over Hampton bc he already proved he can more than get it done.and in already in top offense..

the mission is clear:
create a lane between the tackles or on the edge, get Hampton downhill, and let the big man run really fast in a really straight line

Happy Omarion Hampton week

Unfortunately I own zero shares of Hampton. I've been Team Hampton all off-season. People have been either he looks awesome or he just looks ordinary. The good thing is we about to find out.

Maybe it’s just me, but he seemed different after Harris went down. He didn’t seem to have that hesitation like he was trying to figure out where he should go. He seemed to be moving more instinctively. Probably just me. I guess we’ll see.
