**Redraft 2017 ADP: Too high? Too low?** (1 Viewer)

So you think they will tap the breaks when they are up big......like they did the year they went 17-0? They smash teams and I agree it's dumb to even have Brady out there when they are up 30-40 points but that's what they do......

Still the bottom line is yes the Saints are a high volume. No they never targeted Cooks heavily. So it's a bit misleading......
I can't really argue with someone who thinks they went 17-0.

Yup. Graham wasn't really running full speed I read until mid summer last year because of his injury in the previous season. All things pointing way up for Jimmay.

Only detractor is they say they want to run the ball a ton this year, he's not a great blocker (he even lost weight since last year) which maybe loses him opportunities.
Hawks don't know how to use jimmy....pass

Brady's 36 att per game last year was his lowest in seven years.  That seems more relevant than citing something from 10 years ago.

Also, Cooks has averaged 15 yards less per game on grass than in a dome.  Perhaps it's due to a smaller sample size, but not really something I'd gamble on if he is truly less explosive on grass.

The Cooks stat on grass may have as much to do with Bress as anything. Not looking at the stats but my recollection is in the dome Brees has those blow up games, not so much on the road.

I agree Cooks is a bit of a gamble. He's going to be fun to have drafted or piss some folks off.

Meh I see him getting used more creatively and I believe in his talent so I see him pushing for more targets.

If Brady averages 36 attempts per game again, how do you guys see the breakdown on average?

Gronk's career average is 7.0 targets/game. Edelman was 10 targets/game last year but 8.3 a couple years back with Gronk at full health. You've got James White, Hogan, Dwayne Allen, Burkhead, I'm guessingLewis gets traded or cut but I don't know.

I'll give it a shot.

Cooks - 8

Edelman - 8

Gronk - 7

Hogan - 4

Allen 2-3

Mitchell 2

RBs (6-8 per game?)

i actually got jones 2 picks after Kenny g in one draft.

I am thinking 36 attempts per game is low. Brady was on pace for 38.3 if you include playoffs last year, and averaged 38.7 the 4 years prior. Their offseason moves make them look more like a passing team than last year as well, so 38 passes a game seems like a good, conservative estimate to me.

I'll say:

WRs: 19.5 targets per game - Cooks: 7.5, Edelman: 7.5, Hogan/Mitchell/Amendola ~ 4.5 per game combined

RBs: 9 per game- No idea how they will be split up, but I guess 95% of them to White, Burkhead, and Lewis in descending order.

TEs: 9.5 per game: Gronk: 7.5, Allen: 2

David Johnson is going too low. I'm trying to trade for the pick before the draft.
I witnessed this myself this weekend...couldn't believe it.  Granted, he went 3rd overall in the snake, but I had to price enforce him in my auction league when I already had 5 runningbacks rostered.  Ticked me off.
