Redskins.com reporting Portis to start (1 Viewer)

This can't be right? Why not? Every doctor has been saying for weeks they thought Portis would be ready for week one. Now, I'm not saying Portis IS going to start and get 25 touches, but it wouldn't surprise me.

I couldn't believe how much stock people put into Portis saying he was 75% last Friday. It's a made up number, as evidence by his 93.9% the next day.

Also, "starting" isn't the important thing here. Saying Betts is the starter could just mean one play or one series. Heck, maybe they'll both be on the field for the first play.
