Reg Williams or E Wilford (1 Viewer)

The Duff Man

Wilford looked like the sly pick earlier this year. He finished strong to end the 05 season and with J Smith out of town there would be more to go around for everyone.

Reg Williams came on strong this summer, looking like a different player than the one who some considered a bust thus far. Through two games he has the better stats and more targets than Wilford.

Both are playing second fiddle to Matt Jones, but there will be a enough in Jax that if one gets established as a true #2 they could be a decent #3 fantasy receiver.

At this point it looks like Reg is now ready for that role, with Wilford playing the "Engram" type role in the offense.

Looking for other opinions from Jax homers or anyone else who has monitored this situation.

Mods delete if you want, I see the other thread (although it has turned into yet another, I dropped this guy for that guy thread)

I think you've nailed the situation, at least as it currently stands (although I think the "Engram" role would be better suited by someone that could catch the ball more frequently).

Reg has more value than Wilford because he's on the field more, but once Marcedes Lewis crashes this party, its going to be hard to predict who to put in week to week other than Jones (with the exception of Leftwich, who should be a top 10 QB for as long as he's healthy).
