Reggie Bush (1 Viewer)

YES.

I got him as a throw-in on a trade, thinking I could use him for a bye week and get 8 points easy. I was wrong, this guy is hot garbage.

He was lucky to be on a team in the Saints that knew how to maximize him. I can't imagine how big a bust he'd be considered now if he had ended up on a truly bad team in 06.

In all but the deepest leagues, I think so.

I'm holding him in a 14 team PPR league, only because there is literally no viable alternative out there on the wire. With Thomas looking great but susceptible to his hammy injury, it's possible Bush has more value down the stretch, but still only as a desperation flex plug and play.

In any other league, I'd much rather gamble on backs like Hardesty, Carter, or Helu who will not just see more consistent time, but likely make better use of it than Reggie will of his.

Yeah I'm in a 14 team PPR too. I just hope he maybe has one big game (like his first one with 25 points, WTF HAPPENED) and can sell him for soemthing

why now? it seems to me his production is actually improving under Matt Moore. His yards per carry have definitely improved over the last two weeks - and Thomas doesn't seem to be able to stay healthy for more than 2 weeks at a time.

This is his 2nd game in a row of good production. What are the prospects for the future?

Just a flex plug-in? Maybe a RB2 in a PPR? Or just simply sell high?

I've been starting him for the last 3 games (mostly out of necessity - not a clue he would be as productive as he's been) - I just don't get the extreme hate that people have for him. In any case, he has more value than what the masses think, so it's almost impossible to sell this guy high. I think your best bet is to hang on to him and hope for the best out of your flex spot, I think the Dolphins will proceed with caution on Thomas, which likely means continued 15- 20 touches a game for Bush.

Ppr

I think you just have to hang onto him. He's certainly been a great bye week fill in for owners. With Bess all but out of the picture there's probably even more upside for his usage in the pass game even when Thomas returns to full strength

Yeah the thing is I have FJax, McCoy and Murray (2 RB one flex) so he really doesn't have a spot on my roster. And I'd like to try to sell high on him before something goes wrong (injury/Thomas emerging)and get maybe a WR2 for him (in PPR)
