A few months ago, I believe I accidentally broke the accessory socket by jamming my cell phone charger into it too harshly. My charger works in other cars, and I have checked the fuses so I am confident that I did accidentally damage my accessory socket.
I own a 2003 Dodge Stratus Coupe, and I've been told that replacing the socket is a standard piece that I can buy from any of the chain auto parts store, but wanted to see if anyone knew if there are specific pieces I need to buy or if it's that simple.
