I recently bought this book for my kids after hearing this guy (Jocko Willink) on Rogans podcast. Jocko's podcast can be very dark and focuses a lot on the military so he might not be for everyone but he also has very motivational topics.
I listened to the entire book in <3hours so Incan talk about it with my kids. I cannot recommend it enough.
