There should always be a ton of skepticism about articles like that. Just look at the number of failed vaccines and drugs The script is the same. You think they put out articles saying how the drug only has a 50% survival rate or that the mice turned aggressive toward each other after finishing the maze? Nope. Those same failed drugs had millions spent on them and the early research was all unicorns and rainbows according to articles like this.

Not a cure, not a treatment, but perhaps a blood test that diagnoses Alzheimer's. This would be big as it's not until stage 3 or 4 when one gets the diagnosis after wondering for a long while is it or it isn't.
