Return yardage leagues (1 Viewer)

Who are some rookies that should get a bump in PPR/ return yardage leagues. Includinding IDP guys. A few names that come to mind are TY Hilton, Devon Wylie..who else do you have? Is there a Patrick Peterson out of the IDP group?

On IDP, Morris Claiborne could return too.

Keshawn Martin will probably be returner for Texans now that they cut Jacoby Jones.

Chris Rainey may well wind up returning punts for Pittsburgh. There've been intimations a few times this offseason that they want to get Antonio Brown off of STs, and when asked "Will he be participating in punt returns and kickoffs?", in regards to Rainey, Todd Haley responded "That is more special teams, but I think he is capable of both. The punt return is probably what we are excited about as much as anything else."

Take it FWIW. It'll be interesting if they do use him there. I don't recall him doing it very often for the Gators. He was typically used as a punt rusher(had 6 or 8 career blocks, IIRC) and isn't he viewed as sort of a fumbler?

I'd recommend focusing on punt returners. Kickoffs are too unreliable with the rule changes.
I disagree with this. While the new rules have obviously lowered the # of kicks returned, there were still 27 players that had more than 500 kickoff return yards, but only 3 had over 500 yards returning punts.
