Direct Headline: Photos: Turns out Black Lives Matter bought a $6 million California mansion

By James McClain April 7, 2022 at 10:53 a.m.

....Although it wasn’t reported at the time, New York Magazine has revealed that back in October 2020, the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation — often abbreviated BLMGNF or just BLM — spent nearly $6 million in donated funds on a luxurious estate in Studio City, an upscale Los Angeles neighborhood....The all-cash deal closed five months after George Floyd’s murder sparked nationwide protests and widespread donations to various BLM chapters. In February 2021, BLM financial documents revealed the organization raised more than $90 million in 2020 alone, making the $6 million property splurge a drop in the proverbial bucket.....

....But the purchase has engendered criticism, both for the property’s scale and because BLM apparently took strides to prevent the transaction from becoming public knowledge. And it’s not the first time that the org has faced scrutiny over lavish real estate spending; back in April 2021, Dirt broke the story that BLM co-founder Patrisse Cullors had purchased a residential compound in L.A.’s Topanga Canyon. The New York Post subsequently revealed that the Topanga property was just one piece of the $3.2 million luxury real estate portfolio Cullors had amassed while serving as an executive director of BLM....Cullors, for her part, characterized the reporting about her home purchases as “right-wing media disinformation and harassment.” She also stated that she was “currently in survival mode” in a May 2021 YouTube video that was filmed at the $6 million estate, which BLM hadn’t yet publicly acknowledged....

....Grant deeds reviewed by Dirt seem to indicate that the Studio City property’s existence was deliberately concealed. Rather than being acquired outright by the BLM organization, the property was purchased by a man named Dyane Pascall, a little-known financial manager who has previously done work for Cullors and at least one other BLM executive. Pascall apparently wasn’t concerned with getting a discount on the big spread — he paid the sellers’ full $5.9 million asking price....Just three days after his big purchase, records show Pascall gifted the property to “3726 Laurel Canyon LLC,” a mysterious entity named after the property’s address. The LLC was established in Delaware, known for its corporate secrecy and one of the only states in which the managers and members of LLCs are not required to be publicly listed. In high-end real estate transactions, Delaware LLCs are commonly used by people seeking to disguise their ownership of luxury homes.....

... But it’s worth noting that the entity lists its mailing address as the Washington D.C. headquarters of Perkins Coie LLP, an international law firm that has previously represented BLM in various legal disputes. And this month, amid mounting media pressure, a BLM spokeswoman finally confirmed that the organization owns the estate, which is known internally as the “Campus.”... More than 300 TV commercials, episodes and films have been shot, all or in part, on the leafy premises....Billed as the ultimate “live/work compound,” the 1930s Colonial-style house is surrounded by a blacktopped driveway and dedicated parking spaces for 20+ cars....Behind the house, a big brick patio has space for dozens of folks dining al fresco; just beyond that stands an outdoor fireplace slathered in Italian marble....A white gate set into a towering hedge wall separates the main house and its grounds from the back half of the property, where there’s a guardhouse/caretaker’s studio....Also on the back half of the property is a 2,300-square-foot space that’s currently an extensively engineered sound stage but could also be a music or dance studio, per the listing. A separate control room monitors the filming from above....There’s also a lobby area for welcoming guests, plus a separate guesthouse with two bedrooms and one bathroom....

Direct Headline: Anger over BLM's purchase of $8.1 million Toronto mansion grows as group's finances scrutinized

By Andrew Kerr January 28, 2022 02:37 PM

...Canadian Black Lives Matter activists are furious over the group's recent $8.1 million cash purchase of a mansion in downtown Toronto that once served as the headquarters of the Communist Party of Canada ....The U.S. charity that serves as the face of the BLM movement provided the bulk of the funding for the purchase of the 10,000-square-foot property in July. The purchase flew largely under the radar at the time, but anger has now reached a boiling point amid other revelations about BLM's management and its finances...."For BLM Canada to take money from BLM Global Network [Foundation] for a building without consulting the community was unethical," Canadian BLM activists Sarah Jama and Sahra Soudi said in a recent statement. "For BLM Canada to refuse to answer questions from young Black organizers goes against the spirit of movement-building."

....Jama and Soudi said they resigned from the steering committee of BLM's Toronto chapter after the leaders of BLM Canada refused to answer any questions about the purchase and tried to get them to sign exploitative nondisclosure agreements...."In other words, the NDA was designed as a constant threat of legal action against us, even though we were volunteering our time to a cause we believed in..."

...Real estate records obtained by the Washington Examiner show that BLM Canada, which also goes by M4BJ, purchased the property for $8.1 million on July 13, 2021. The purchase came just weeks after the group's co-founder, Patrisse Cullors, resigned amid scrutiny of her own personal real estate purchases across the United States....BLM Canada accessed a "restricted capital grant" from the movement's national arm to purchase the property.....Cullors' spouse, Janaya Khan, also serves as a director of BLM Canada, according to the group's Canadian charity registration....

....A coalition of 10 local BLM chapters came out against the movement's national arm in late 2020, alleging that the group provided little to no financial support to local activists while simultaneously offering no acceptable transparency surrounding its finances and operations....Black Lives Matter transferred millions to a Canadian charity run by the wife (Janaya Khan) of it's co-founder (Cullors) to purchase a sprawling mansion that had once served as the headquarters of the Communist Party...M4BJ, a Toronto-based non-profit set up by Janaya Khan and other Canadian activists, snagged the 10,000 square foot historic property...Khan is the wife of Patrisse Khan-Cullors, a co-founder of Black Lives Matter Global Foundation Network and a self-avowed Marxist....Makani Themba and Monifa Bandele told the newspaper that they didn’t know who was managing the group’s more than $66 million windfall from Thousand Currents, a non-profit that managed its donations....Thousand Currents transferred the cash to BLMGNF in Oct. 2020 when it broke with the group, according to public filings....

Direct Headline: Inside BLM co-founder Patrisse Khan-Cullors’ million-dollar real estate buying binge

By Isabel Vincent April 10, 2021

...Black Lives Matter, the group’s co-founder went on a real estate buying binge, snagging four high-end homes for $3.2 million in the US alone.......Patrisse Khan-Cullors, 37, also eyed property in the Bahamas at an ultra-exclusive resort where Justin Timberlake and Tiger Woods both have homes.... Luxury apartments and townhouses at the beachfront Albany resort outside Nassau are priced between $5 million and $20 million....

....The self-described Marxist last month purchased a $1.4 million home on a secluded road a short drive from Malibu in Los Angeles, according to a report. The 2,370-square-foot property features “soaring ceilings, skylights and plenty of windows” with canyon views. The Topanga Canyon homestead, which includes two houses on a quarter-acre, is just one of three homes Khan-Cullors owns in the Los Angeles area, public records show....“If you go around calling yourself a socialist, you have to ask how much of her own personal money is going to charitable causes,” he said. “It’s really sad because it makes people doubt the validity of the movement and overlook the fact that it’s the people that carry this movement.....”

....Last year, Khan-Cullors and spouse Janaya Khan ventured to Georgia to acquire a fourth home — a “custom ranch” on 3.2 rural acres in Conyers featuring a private airplane hangar with a studio apartment above it, and the use of a 2,500-foot “paved/grass” community runway that can accommodate small airplanes....The three-bedroom, two-bath house, about 30 minutes from Atlanta, has an indoor swimming pool and a separate “RV shop” that can accommodate the repair of a mobile home or small aircraft...

The Peach State retreat was purchased in January 2020 for $415,000, two years after .. Khan-Cullors’ best-selling memoir, “When They Call You a Terrorist.”...In October, the activist signed “a multi-platform” deal with Warner Bros. Television Group to help produce content for “black voices who have been historically marginalized,” ....Khan-Cullors began her buying spree in LA in 2016...That year, she bought a three-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home in Inglewood for $510,000. It is now worth nearly $800,000. The couple married in 2016....Two years later, in 2018, Khan-Cullors purchased a four-bedroom home in South Los Angeles, a multi-ethnic neighborhood. Khan-Cullors paid $590,000 for the 1,725-square-foot home, although the price has since climbed to $720,000, according to public records....Last year, Khan-Cullors and Khan were spotted in the Bahamas looking for a unit at the Albany, a real estate source who did not want to be identified told The Post. The elite enclave is laid out on “600 oceanside acres” and features a private marina and designer golf course. Current homes for sale include a nearly 8,000-square-foot, six-bedroom townhouse with a media room and marina views. The price is only available upon request, according to the resort’s website.....

“To be abundantly clear, as a registered 501c3, BLMGNF cannot and did not commit any organizational resources toward the purchase of personal property by any employee or volunteer. Any insinuation or assertion to the contrary is categorically false. The narratives being spread about Patrisse have been generated by right-wing forces intent on reducing the support and influence of a movement that is larger than any one organization. This right-wing offensive not only puts Patrisse, her child and her loved ones in harm’s way, it also continues a tradition of terror by white supremacists against Black activists.... "
- Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation issued the following statement amidst media controversy over allegations of fraud, tax evasion and financial crimes related to BLM donations being improperly used to personally enrich co-founder Patrisse Cullors.

“They would rather take the same steps of our white oppressors and utilize the criminal legal system which is propped up by white supremacy, the same system they say they want to dismantle, to solve movement disputes....” - Shalomyah Bowers, personally hired by Cullors and on the Board of Directors for the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation, answering allegations that he stole 10 million dollars in BLM charity donations for personal use/personal gain/to enrich his family and close friends with phantom service contracts.

“The idea that (the foundation) received millions of dollars and then I hid those dollars in my bank account is absolutely false...That’s a false narrative. It’s impacted me personally and professionally, that people would accuse me of stealing from Black people.” - Patrisse Cullors, after signing a multiyear programming development deal with Warner Bros and gaining critical acclaim for her best selling memoir, "When They Call You A Terrorist"

“I thought practicing radical transparency with black people would have been received well....” - Patrisse Cullors defending her "financial transparency" to BLM supporters everywhere, while promoting her book, “An Abolitionist’s Handbook: 12 Steps to Changing Yourself and the World.”

“The constant harassment, online and offline, that I’ve experienced is unacceptable and dangerous...” - Patrice Cullors, live on Instagram as Candace Owens arrived uninvited with a camera crew at Cullors’ Los Angeles-area home. Owens was there to film a documentary about BLM’s finances and ask questions about the foundation’s property purchases. Owens did not speak to Cullors and was turned away at the front gate.

“I look back at that and think, that probably wasn’t the best idea...” - Patrice Cullors, after openly admitting to throwing "private parties" at said controversial 6 million dollar mansion. Afterwards, the BLM Foundation released a statement saying, "...it was reviewing it's policies..."

“The only place in my hood to buy groceries is a 7-Eleven....” - Patrisse Cullors, an often repeated childhood story used to appeal to potential working class donors.

"It is such a trip now to hear the term '990... I'm, like, ugh. It's, like, triggering....This is, like, deeply unsafe. This is being literally weaponized against us...People's morale in an organization is so important. But if their organization and the people in it are being attacked and scrutinized at everything they do, that leads to deep burnout. That leads to deep, like, resistance and trauma...." - Patrisse Cullors, on charity financial disclosure statements that are required by federal law, while claiming that activists’ lives are put at risk and that they endure trauma by having to disclose their charities’ finances.

“If you go around calling yourself a socialist, you have to ask how much of her own personal money is going to charitable causes....It’s really sad because it makes people doubt the validity of the movement and overlook the fact that it’s the people that carry this movement.....” - Hank Newsome, Black Lives Matter, New York, on the negative impact of widespread media coverage of allegations of fraud, financial crimes, tax evasion and abuse of charity donations by Patrisse Cullors.

FILM REVIEW AND ANALYSIS:

I recently watched the Black Lives Matter documentary by Conservative political pundit and analyst, Candice Owens, of The Daily Wire. The first hour is comprised of mostly George Floyd, covering his former roommates and interviewing Derek Chauvin's former coworkers in law enforcement and his family. Owens then transitions to the death threats given to former news anchor Liz Collins, getting massive backlash because of claims that her reporting was biased against Floyd. Later, there is coverage of a few small business owners who were burned out and looted during the rioting in response what happened to Floyd , and how radical celebrities like Chrissy Teigen egged on the violence and bailed out rioters and looters.

Was the main section of this documentary effective? I would say No. There is no gain in attempting to "humanize" Chauvin. The majority of the public denounces Chauvin ( though they may or may not approve of the entire range of responses that followed) in his actions and it distracts from the main issue that will really cause the general American public to sit up and notice.

And that would be the allegations of financial crimes, tax evasion, theft and abuse of BLM charity donations by one of it's co-founders, Patrisse Cullors. This is where the documentary starts to have some real bite, but it only covers about 20 minutes of the run time and it doesn't go in depth to fully research all angles possible. I like Candice Owens in general because she is fearless, though I recognize she is a yet another "political grifter" making a good living being a fringe political commentator and analyst, but this film was poorly constructed and paced. It aimed at the wrong goals to better inform the general American public. The first hour would bore viewers enough to miss the last 20 "Follow The Money" minutes of the documentary, which are the most critical.

Owens misses the mark. Egregious and indefensible financial fraud is something everyone and anyone can see as a pure absolute toxic negative point against Black Lives Matter, the organization ( not the individual rank and file people at the ground level, but the actual power structure) and it's relationship with identity politics, woke, cancel culture and the hard radical left elements of the current Democratic Party. Owens only touches on the rioting, burning and looting and never delves into "bail reform" and the enabling of mass small business destruction via rioting by Team Blue elected officials in Big Blue Cities.

The needed angle was BLM was a proxy arm for the Democratic Party to further punish the working class. That's the narrative that is currently salient and needed to be discussed in depth.

Should you watch "The Greatest Lie Ever Sold"? I would say watch the last 25 minutes of it.

I'll leave this here for others to discuss.

George Floyd's murder, seen on camera by millions, is the greatest lie ever sold?

SMH. You can't make this stuff up.

Direct Headline: Black Lives Matter leader accused of stealing $10 million from organization

By Noah Goldberg Sept. 2, 2022

The leader of the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation has been accused by former colleagues of stealing more than $10 million in donations from the organization for personal use, according to a lawsuit filed in court this week....Shalomyah Bowers was called in the court filing as a “rogue administrator, a middle man turned usurper” who siphoned contributions to the nonprofit activist group to use as a “personal piggy bank,” according to the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Thursday....Bowers’ actions led the foundation into investigations by the Internal Revenue Service and various state attorneys general, “blazing a path of irreparable harm to BLM in less than eighteen months,” the suit claims. “While BLM leaders and movement workers were on the street risking their lives, Mr. Bowers remained in his cushy offices devising a scheme of fraud and misrepresentation to break the implied-in-fact contract between donors and BLM....”

......Bowers and his group denied all claims of financial misconduct and chastised those suing him for “falling victim to the carceral logic and social violence that fuels the legal system” in taking legal action against him....“They would rather take the same steps of our white oppressors and utilize the criminal legal system which is propped up by white supremacy (the same system they say they want to dismantle) to solve movement disputes,” the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation’s board of directors said in a joint statement....

....A cofounder of the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation used donated funds to pay her brother $840,000 for "professional security services," according to tax documents filed with the IRS....The filing showed that Patrisse Cullors, the organization's one-time executive director, paid the sum to Cullors Protection, a company owned by her brother Paul Cullors....Paul Cullors is .... a graffiti artist, according to an artist description on Crenshaw Dairy Mart — an artist collective co-founded by Patrisse Cullors. He was previously cited in the New York Magazine as BLM's head of security....Shalomyah Bowers, the foundation's board secretary, told the Associated Press that Paul Cullors' company was hired because the group — which often protests against law-enforcement organizations — felt that its protection could not be entrusted to former police officers who typically run security firms.....

According to the tax filing, the organization also paid more than $969,000 for live-event, design, and media production to Trap Heals LLC, a company founded by Damon Turner, who fathered a child with Patrisse Cullors....The filing stated that BLM invested $32 million in stocks, which organizers told the AP would help to ensure that the foundation's work continues in the future....BLM spent around $37.7 million in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021, including the payments to Trap Heals and Cullors Protection, per the tax filing....

Gregory Foreman of Black Conservative Perspective asks a good and important question.

Not just "Where is all the money going?"

But also, "Why aren't these tens of millions of dollars used to help start and fund black owned businesses to enrich black communities?" Which would create new jobs and create the well noted "Dignity Comes With Dollars" concept.

Instead Patrisse Cullors pays her brother for "security" His previous experience? A full time "graffiti artist" She also pays the since separated father of her child close to a million dollars for "consulting" for "media production"

And a cool 32 million in stocks.

Not to mention millions to LGBT+ groups that have nothing to do with actual black activism and promoting black rights.

How about this crazy idea of investing those countless millions into helping more Black Americans become small business owners? Job creation? Helping black veterans? The homeless who are black? The plight and concerns of black single mothers? How about after school sports programs? Tutoring programs?

How about any of that instead of Patrisse Cullors buying millions in real estate, as a self described "Marxist", and giving her brother close to a million dollars to suddenly become an instant Secret Service agent?

But if you ask these questions out loud, the Board Of Directors for the BLM Foundation will call you a "white oppressor" enforcing more "white supremacy"

Does it make one a racist to ask why a widespread movement claiming to be designed and created to help every day black Americans doesn't actually do anything of substance to help every day black Americans?

Direct Headline: Facebook Prevents Sharing New York Post Story on Black Lives Matter Founder Patrisse Cullors' Real Estate

By Daniel Villarreal 4/15/21

....Facebook has blocked its users from sharing a New York Post article about the real estate purchases of Black Lives Matter (BLM) co-founder Patrisse Cullors....The article mentioned that Cullors had purchased "four high-end homes for $3.2 million" in the United States. It also said that she was seeking real estate in the Bahamas. It contrasted the purchases with Cullors' self-identification as a Marxist as well as criticisms from others about the alleged lack of financial transparency from the national BLM organization....

The following message also appeared: "Your post couldn't be shared, because this link goes against our Community Standards. If you think this doesn't go against our Community Standards let us know."...A Facebook spokesperson told Newsweek, "This content was removed for violating our privacy and personal information policy." Direct Headline: BLM co-founder Patrisse Cullors admits using $6M mansion for parties

By Emily Crane May 9, 2022

....Black Lives Matter co-founder Patrisse Cullors has admitted to throwing ... parties at the organization’s swanky $6 million Los Angeles mansion — despite previously suggesting she’d never used the property for personal gain....The 38-year-old told the Associated Press on Monday that she hosted her son’s birthday party and a gathering to celebrate President Biden’s inauguration at the six-bedroom property early last year....In January 2021, Cullors said she was seeking refuge at the property because she’d been receiving threats on her life. ....

....Cullors said she also threw a private birthday party for her son at the property in March 2021 .......“I look back at that and think, that probably wasn’t the best idea,” she said....When the purchase of the luxurious, $6 million property first emerged in a New York magazine report, the organization reportedly tried to “kill” the story, according to internal BLM memos. One strategy memo on how to deal with the story reportedly suggested it might be used as an “influencer house” where artists can congregate....

...The article revealed that the residence was purchased by Dyane Pascall two weeks after BLM received $66.5 million from its fiscal sponsor. Pascall is the financial manager for an LLC operated by Cullors and her spouse, Janaya Khan — Janaya and Patrisse Consulting....Cullors, at the time, slammed the report about the home as a “racist and sexist” attack on the movement....“The idea that [the foundation] received millions of dollars and then I hid those dollars in my bank account is absolutely false,” she told AP. “That’s a false narrative. It’s impacted me personally and professionally, that people would accuse me of stealing from black people....”....She doubled down by saying no one else in leadership ever misused BLM’s millions of dollars in donations — despite allegations of financial improprieties.....

....“On paper, it looks crazy,” she said. “We use this term in our movement a lot, which is we’re building the plane while flying it. I don’t believe in that anymore. The only regret I have with BLM is wishing that we could have paused for one to two years, to just not do any work and just focus on the infrastructure.”....... BLM was declared delinquent in submitting required charity disclosures from 2020....A 990 filing submitted to the IRS for January through June 2020 listed Cullors as an uncompensated executive director and the foundation’s only employee. At that time, BLM reported no revenue, assets, contributions or expenses.....

Let's see if we can unpack this outrageous lunacy.

Facebook removes any mention of Cullors and her real estate spending spree. But any articles DEFENDING Cullors for said same real estate spending spree were left up.

How exactly do you have a 6 million dollar mansion, a 8.1 million dollar mansion in Toronto with your wife as a proxy, plus 4 other properties, one with it's own LANDING STRIP AND AIRPLANE HANGER then trek to the Bahamas to look at more resort property to buy, and still call yourself a "Marxist"?

Then Cullors has the audacity to say she wishes she could just stop "the work" and only focus on "the infrastructure"

What "work"?

What exactly is being done to help every day working class Black Americans with those millions and millions of dollars?
How is Cullors and the top ranks of BLM the organization helping the basic material needs of the so many black citizens in poverty in this country? If you need "infrastructure", do you think you could pay for some hired help and experts to do that for you, instead of gifting million dollar phantom jobs to former lovers, siblings, friends and former cronies?

Why is the only defense for any of this, by Cullors and her top level BLM administration, just to immediately call anyone who criticizes them as a racist or a bigot?

Just
Why is the only defense for any of this, by Cullors and her top level BLM administration, just to immediately call anyone who criticizes them as a racist or a bigot?

Nothing says America is a place of equal opportunity better than corrupt leaders and grifters enriching themselves regardless of political party or color. Trump would be proud.

@GordonGekko do you think this will have any impact and lead to the demise of BLM or at least pretty much marginalize them?

Again?! Cant help yourselves. Its a sickness of the mind, it really is. Trump has done more to harm this country than I ever realized. He trolls so many people so hard that it has warped their brains.

If it wasn't so sad it would be funny.

... do you think this will have any impact and lead to the demise of BLM or at least pretty much marginalize them?

This is a more than fair question.

Something I've pointed out a few times in the past in the PSF about controversial and often reviled politicians or those in that general realm ( i.e. a Trump, MTG, Boebert, Kamala Harris, Pelosi, Biden, etc, etc) is that

1) Just because they are despised by many doesn't mean they are always wrong

2)
Even when they are wrong, many times they still have a point to make that can't be denied if one looks deeply at the issue and it's practical mechanics

So the push/pull here with Patrisse Cullors is that any criticism in public constitutes a threat to her and her family. She's both right and wrong though she intentionally removes context, which is intellectually dishonest on her part.

Cullors is right that every time she is discussed in the mainstream media regarding anything, including allegations of financial fraud and tax evasion, that she is going to get a massive number of death threats. And that will spill out to everyone in her immediate circle. There are some fringe extremists out there who would want to kill Cullors and her family no matter what she said. That's true. The untrue part is the implication that it's the majority of the Conservative/Republican/MAGA base that is pushing for that or wants that. That's where the constant "right wing" talk comes from. It's an attempt to cast herself as a victim. She is a victim sometimes ( when she is unfairly targeted for death just for showing up at BLM, even if she did everything right) and she's not most of the time ( the activist complicit left leaning MSM, including most of Big Social Media runs hard cover for her and BLM, the fear of generally being called a racist or a bigot has effectively silenced a lot of basic criticism of her already. She can't snap her fingers and make it all go away. )

Cullors is wrong in that the context shows she brought a majority of this mess onto herself. Don't steal. Don't lie while you steal. If you are going to lie and steal at this level, don't be an amateur about it. ( I don't approve of theft, I'm just saying incompetence is another reason for people to come at you)

The media optics perspective is that when Candice Owens went to Cullors house with a camera crew, then Yes, that would ignite more death threats for Cullors and her family. In a natural sense. Owens isn't asking for it but Owens knows it will happen. When Cullors goes on Instagram to cry about what Owens is doing, she's also triggering more death threats for Owens and her family as well, and she also knows she's also trying to push that angle. To get Owens cancelled or threatened to the point of being silenced, but it's very hard because Owens is a black woman too.

To answer your question, after setting the backdrop here, BLM as an organization can be taken off the "marginalized list" if Cullors is removed off the table. If she becomes the public "patsy", all blame can be pushed onto her, she becomes the "sin eater" in the MSM and that becomes the new narrative.

The message will be that Patrisse Cullors and a small number of ruthless close knit cohorts stole from every day working class Black Americans, not Black Lives Matter itself.

The context removed is that Black Lives Matter, the core organization, was weaponized to steal from every day working class Black Americans, and even without Cullors and her ilk, that weapon is still there.

Ask yourself this, what is more valuable to the Democratic Party right now, if you got two scenarios

Scenario A - The GOP retakes the House, as expected, and Elise Stefanik goes after everyone in investigations/public hearings. Biden impeachment, Hunter Biden, energy and Big Oil, Big Social Media, everyone. Including BLM. Cullors is an amateur, she would get eaten alive by Stefanik in hearings. Financial fraud and tax evasion move beyond the "You're A Racist!" kind of defense. But the big trigger point is donations to BLM were funneled through the online Act Blue portal. Which also does all donations for the DNC, the entire Democratic Party and all elected officials in Team Blue. Cullors, under fire and cracking in a hearing, will lead down the road to Joint Finance Agreements, dark money pumping, zombie campaigns, Leadership PACs, money laundering and how the DNC coordinated the theft of the 2016 primaries against Bernie Sanders. It potentially opens up a pathway to a lot of ugly financial crimes in professional politics in general ( The GOP does not use JFA's, but corporate influence and quid pro quo happen as well, etc, etc, so it's both sides of the aisle under threat)

Scenario B - Cullors is assassinated. She is the patsy and takes the full blame, rationalized down, in the MSM for all of the theft and tax evasion. But the heavy blame for the actual hit is pushed onto "White Nationalism" Now she's a martyr in public. It's a narrative the close the back door on the ugly questions that could be raised in investigations and hearings and now she's the new "George Floyd" icon for someone sacrificed because half the country are a bunch of minority hating bigoted White Supremacist Republicans.

But the biggest incentive for this, is that political "Small Dollar Donations" have cratered in the last year. With massive inflation, rising costs, and political disillusionment, lots of people have stopped giving. The financial fraud of BLM only reminds potential small dollar political donors to keep their wallets and purses closed. If Cullors is off the board, that creates the narrative that "Something Has Changed" and it's OK to give again because the "Bad Person" is gone.

So if Cullors says today, that she fears for her life, she is right. She is no longer politically useful. People are tuning out. I do not support nor advocate for violence against other American citizens. This is a strictly media optics evaluation. That evaluation is that Cullors is more politically useful if she is assassinated than being dragged in front of multiple hearings and trials. In danger from whom? Yes, some right wing extremists will increase their targeting of her. But the larger motive base is going to come from those on the same side of the aisle as her.

Will BLM overall be marginalized? Not immediately because the average American is a low information voter and there is still a coordinated suppression of these fraud/tax evasion issues in the activist complicit left leaning MSM and Big Social Media. Once there is a power changeover to the GOP, in the House and eventually POTUS, then yes, the situation won't be shaded down on much longer.

Right now, the larger impact for the DNC is the loss of small dollar political donations from the current Cullors/BLM narrative. It was AOC herself, where her campaign is essentially 100 percent funded by SDD's, who said in 2020 that Team Blue needs to deliver on their promises, otherwise no one will vote for them in 2022 and 2024. She is right. But what she didn't say is those people will stop donating too.

In the eyes of the current "political establishment", Patrisse Cullor's life and the lives of her loved ones are not worth the value of aggregated small dollar political donations that are perceived lost. She and BLM were used like a tool and is currently seen as disposable.

Black Lives Matters at the local grassroots level won't end. But the majority of Americans will stop listening. They certainly won't donate at the rates done before, if at all, and the biggest victims were working class Black Americans who needed the help the most.

Cullors did not see the "long con" at work here. She didn't see how it could all fall apart. She came up to the Big Leagues with a Little League level fastball. Very likely, she will end up in prison or assassinated. Maybe one, then the other soon after.

Patrisse Cullors is a threat to the current political establishment and their relentless greed. How often does that end well for the designated patsy at this level of potential scandal or scale? Which would sell easier to Team Blue voters via the MSM for future election cycles, Scenario A or Scenario B instead?

It's a good question. I'm glad you asked it. Many people here in the PSF state that I never respond and that I never answer questions, but that's not true. What I generally do is leave little room for very much argument. That's not an issue with you specifically, but it clearly bothers lots of other people here. I'm open to all practical political discussion, I'm just not invested in circular low information arguments, which is why I've started to avoid most other threads now and just focus on supporting my own thread topics.

I encourage you to start some thread topics here in the PSF of your own as well. It would be good for the community. Thanks.

I’m not sure the organization(s), Black Lives Matter, was even particularly relevant.

They sure raised a lot of money. I've noticed a lot of the signs disappearing. Now I realize that the thought "black lives matter" and the organization are two different thinks. That said, putting a sign up saying solely "black lives matter" does convey which you are supporting (could be both).

can you point to any good that money did ?

we know BLM equaled riots ... lined the pockets of the women who founded it and their families .... we know its a racist organization because color of skin is what matters .... but what GOOD has BLM really done/achieved ??

And they're all Marxists/Communists to boot. So, no real surprise. History has shown us time and time again that Socialists want YOU to sacrifice for the cause, not them. Never them.
