Seriously. If anyone saw him charge the mound the other night (I just saw this for the first time so forgive me if this is a honda) the ball was a foot away from his head. So freakin what. No wonder you suck Sexon, you're afraid of the ball!!! Should have played basketball, buddy. You and Melo would have been a great fight to see. #uss.

As a Mariners fan that is an embarassment. He barely had to jerk his head back (not that it would have hit him anyway) and he acted like he hit the dirt with cms to spare. Here's the video for anyone who hasn't seen it.

I'd like to see the M's cut him after that embarassment after his suspension is over. Hell, given his performance he probably should anyway.

In Sexson's defense, he missed Wednesday's game due to unspecified personal/family issues. My guess is he's got something else going on in his head that led to this.

Smart thing would probably be to not appeal the suspension. They ain't lowering it, and he could probably use the time off.
