I'd like to get everyone's latest thought's heading into the appeal on Monday. The yes and no response leaves no room for those people who want to ride the fence. Time to pick a side.

EDIT: in case certain people missed the question in heading above, it's will Ricky win the appeal?

Personally this was leaked for a reason. It was blown out of proportion by the media and how did someone from Denver attain this information. hmm..... well talks between the teams led to a possible bump in the road. Something was wrong with Ricky's last test but we are working the appeals to get things straightened out. Denver says okay and since then they have not pursued as heavily for a RB since we heard of talks for Ricky. Some big mouth inside the organization opened up to his radio buddy who just happened to get him drunk trying to get the inside scoop on the deal. "Well we have a minor snag that has to go through the appeals process concerning Ricky's latest test. It will likely be resolved based upon his hobby in holistic meds." OH NO, THE DRUNK GUY SPILLED THE BEANS! Do you all honestly expect Ron Dayne to start? Tatum Bell, who had his shot last year? No, Dayne is pencilled in as the starter EVER SO LIGHTLY until this appeals process is complete. Thanks Mr. Radio man for ruining it for everyone! Now the Dolphins may just keep him! Or will they?!?!?

Okay maybe not but its fun to think that!! haha

Still ambiguous.

I could answer YES, he will win his appeal

or

YES, he will lose his appeal

I hope he does. I like the guy, and he could up some monster stats for Denver (and my dynasty team). I'm hoping the NFL isn't trying to make an example out of the guy. If he isn't smoking the herb, and didn't test positive for roids, he shouldn't be punished. IMO, the NFL will say he tested positive for some borderline performance "enhancer" and suspend him.

THE TITLE: "Ricky: Latest Thought's Heading Into Appeal?"THE POLL QUESTION: Will he win?

I hope life becomes easier for you to understand as time passes on.

I'm pretty sure those people voting out there who voted "yes" were voting for "yes, Ricky will win the appeal." If not, let me know because it could have screwed up the results. Which by the way, surprise the heck out of me. Two-thirds of you think he's going to win. That would be awesome.

no doubt Denver tried something like this for leverage in negotiations w/Miami, IMO..I'll bet the Fish were asking to high a price for him, and they can get him for a song now, if he wins his appeal!

typical Shananigans..

its probably something where they were going to be outbid by some other team for Ricky, so they leaked the story to scare the others away..

If his only defense is "I didn't know I was taking a banned substance", then this appeal should be thrown out in about 5 minutes. If you're already sitting on 3 strikes, you need to know exactly what's going into your body at all times. No excuses.
