This just points to how far Pujols value has fallen more than it speaks to an unfair offer. Not a buy low for me. His name recognition is keeping his value high and his swing looks horrible. Too many variables changed this year to say with any certainty that he will turn it around and be Pujols again.

I wound up moving him...essentially it was Pujols for Hamels, but the guy threw in JJ Putz and Corey Hart and I threw in Vance Worley.

I wouldn't do it in a redraft. Some leagues devalue pitching so much that this might be reasonable.

I would be losing the best player in baseball, a very good shortstop, a top prospect and a solid young pitcher for a spare part fantasy 3rd baseman, a 3rd baseman on the DL and a very good shortstop. Also, this is a keeper league with escalating salaries. Longoria and Tulowitzki are highly unlikely to be kept after this season due to their salaries.
