RIP Abe Vigoda (1 Viewer)

Vigoda's daughter, Carol Vigoda ***hs, told The Associated Press that Vigoda died Tuesday morning in his sleep at ***hs' home in Woodland Park, New Jersey. The cause of death was old age. "This man was never sick," ***hs said.

I hope his family finds peace for ***hs sake.

This is what you tell a 5-year-old when someone dies. Wonder what the actual cause was.

Is it wrong that I always picture him as the grandpa from Look Who's Talking, specifically the scene where the Mexican orderly lets him eat the bag of candybars and he's got a ring of chocolate around his face

RIP

He attempted to perform his own stunt in the new Point Break sequel and a base jump went wrong.

On the bright side, I thought he was a goner decades ago, so more than just about anybody alive, he had a LONG run on borrowed time (kind of like playing with the house's money, chronologically speaking).

How was it borrowed time? From everything that I read he kept himself in really good shape, playing things like competitive handball until well into his eighties.

It's hard to really put your head around how good he was when he was playing Fish on Barney Miller. Always seem to know when to ask Yemana if he had any threes.

He always struck me as the kind of guy who, if you were to meet him out somewhere or in a restaurant or something, would likely be gracious and funny. The world has lost a great character actor - may he rest in peace.

Older Folks: Tessio from Godfather died!

Judges have said that we will accept: Phil Fish from Fish did!

Younger Folks: Otis from Good Burger died!
