At the very start of the video he is leaning out his window punching the other car. No idea what happened before that.

Pretty tough to get away with something like this when your license plate is plain to see.

Just read an updated article that said since no one came forward as the victim, the LAPD is not investigating it as a crime. They said if the victim comes forward, they'll use the video to go after the guy.

While we cant see what happened before the video...whiel Tie-guy won the fight, I'm guessing the other guy started most of this.

People keep saying the other guy started it, but the guy cut in front of him because the tie guy reached out the window of his car and did something to the guy's door panel. Hit it? Scratched it with something? I'm not saying he should get out and fight at that point, but from what we see in the video, tie guy is an #######.
