He's just not very good. The Saints had other bigger needs in a WR heavy draft class. Huge mistake that is showing up now. Every other WR drafted in the 1st 3 + rounds or so has now seen the field and yet this guy sits and watches on a team that can't do anything offensively. Enough said.

I think it's too early to say he's not good. Early returns haven't been positive, but it's WAY to early to dismiss his abilities.

The only value he currently has is in dynasty. I'm hanging on to him with the hope that the Saints will be out of contention by week 10 and then develope him for '08. If that doesn't happen, it's time to cut bait.

He looked clueless and even scared during the preseason. Got absolutely drilled in his first catch (HOF game?) and short-armed a few passes after that from what I remember.
I think the talk at the time was that this would essentially be a "redshirt" year for Meacham. So he has no value in redraft/keeper, and limited dynasty value.
