Rock-Paper-Scissors (1 Viewer)

7-6-6 after 20. I was doing well early on but got distracted (I'm in a work meeting) and lost several in a row. The AI is pretty sharp.

I played around with this quite a bit today because I'm a huge nerd. I found the veteran AI easier to beat long term than the novice. I had a pattern I'd use according to whether I won, tied, or lost the game before last (Win = Rock, Tie = Paper, Lose = Scissors). Did 100 on each (actually did more than that just jacking around but this is all I really did long term). The novice AI ended up being pretty even with win/tie/loss being fairly close (36 30 34) but the veteran AI was a lot easier to beat because it used all you sucker's info (40 29 31). I suppose it could have worked just the opposite with the veteran had I chosen a different pattern but it never seemed to "learn" my particular style and was just completely random results.

Taught my oldest kid rock paper scissors when he was in kindergarten and a few months later I see him play with his brother, "Rock, paper, scissors, shoot, anything you want to do..." and then he throws out an open hand and calls "God". Baffled, I took a turn and beat his "God" with a "Double God". It was cool to win that round, but I'm not sure I like the direction it was heading.

Is it wrong that I just yelled at my kids to "grow up" (they were agitating each other) while I sat across the room playing this game? 10-9-11 after 30 tries...meh

I did feel like Vizzini after a while trying to determine how the AI would read my "pattern", and thus choosing/not choosing the wine in front of me.
