I need to know if I need to get his replacement.

Cornerback Randall Gay (hamstring), safety Roman Harper (hamstring), linebacker Scott Shanle (right hand) and running back Aaron Stecker (right hamstring) were listed as limited for Wednesday's practice, while cornerback Mike McKenzie (knee) and running back Deuce McAllister (knee) were still on the team injury report but had full practices.

Times-Pic reportPracticing on Wednesday is a good sign. Usually means you're playing. However, given it's a hamstring issue, I'd probably go look for a cover on this.

The rumor is that he'll probably play.

Larry Holder, of the Biloxi Sun-Herald, reports New Orleans Saints S Roman Harper (hamstring) was limited in practice Wednesday, Sept. 17, and he should play Week 3.

here's hoping he doesn't make the injury worse. i'm sitting him this week but hope to get him into the lineup again when he is good to go. i'll be watching with interest if he does go.
