No it's not new. Half the posts in the Shark pool on Sundays after kickoff is people bragging/crying about their team and trying to find others in the same situation to help give each other hugs, console, and reflect.

honestly, Romo and most of the starters should not have seen the field today.
i just hope the hand doesnt keep Romo out of the game next week. No matter though, I fully expect the giants to win going away.
and i, along with the rest of the world, dont care about you fantasy team.

Actually you care about your's... not ours. If you cared about ours.. then you should have no problem with teams that are upset over Romo in a Romo vs Eagles thread??

Same goes for you. Perhaps no one cares about my fantasy team, but I can assure you I nor anyone else cares about what YOU care or don't care about. It's a fantasy football site. Week 16. Championship games. Our entire seasons come down to this. So forgive me and the MANY other owners who vent bc it makes them feel better. If what you want is strict fantasy football fantasy football discussion where venting is not allowed in a relevant thread than I suggest you subscribe to www.adolfnazifantasyfootballforums.comSo sick and tired of the jagoffs on this site that all think they are moderators. There is a thread specifically for that. You should see it pinned near the top of the page. If you start venting in other threads people will poke fun of you for being unable to follow this basic common courtesy.
Thank you for replying like a gentleman! While I guess I can understand and agree with the general concept of not bogging down threads that are supposed to be informative for general fantasy football purposes, I think that in the case of this thread it's ridiculous.
This thread was titles romo vs the eagles. That game is over so the analysis is too

Similar choices for me. The condescending posts really don't come off very well and not everyone's situation is the same. At the time I submitted my lineup Romo was ranked 4th or 5th. And who really knows how long he would have played if not for the injury. A half or 3 quarters was still enough of a gamble vs. some other options. I wonder how people fared with Witten, Robinson or Dez in their lineups. Sometimes you just gotta roll with who got you there.And I know no one else cares, but it turns out I won my championship even with the '0' at the QB spot.Not in mine. They never do. And the point was moot for those who are in leagues in which the waiver wire closes after Week 13 (which was the case in 4 out of 6 leagues I am in) so the only option for the Romo owner in many leagues was to sub whatever backup they already had on their roster (which was not always a viable alternative).Similar choices for me.
