Yeah, it seems the top two are pretty well locked in right now with Green and Ingram in some order. It will get interesting at 3 or 4, imo. Julio will probably go with one of those picks it seems, but who takes the other spot? Might be a long list of options there.I have the #2 rookie pick (initial year of dynasty) and would be happy with either guy.
I actually had to check to see when I did last year and it was about the same time. I (or someone else) can do others post combine and closer to the draft.jeter, do you always start these this early? I thought you waited until the combine?
I'm assuming Julio. Can't see who else would even be in the running.Other [ 2 ] [3.17%]Can you people please share who you would take over the 2 listed?
Meaning will we skip the 1.02 and assume the loser of this poll is the #2 pick? I will probably go ahead and do the poll, but might not leave it up very long.I assume we'll be voting the following way:1.03 - Other1.04 - Other1.05 - Other1.06 - Other1.07 - Other1.08 - Otheretc.
I think it's fair to say that the consensus so far is:1. Green2. Ingram3. Julio J.4. LeshoreBeyond this is where you may start getting differing opinions. After the NFL draft, this top 4 will most likely change.Other [ 2 ] [3.17%]Can you people please share who you would take over the 2 listed?
Look what Ingram did to South Carolina last season. Using YPC for college backs is a tricky practice. 5.5 in the SEC with a first time starter as your QB is an accomplishment. LeShoure played in a weaker confrence, in a shotgun offense with a running threat at QB. Surely his YPC would be much different in the SEC, in a pro-style offense.I'm not sure why there are only two names to choose from. I think people should have at least the option of voting for a second RB and WR in each poll. Leshoure and Jones should have been added.I'm with another poster above. I think Leshoure will have a better career than Ingram and in non-PPR he'd be my top pick.Ingram gets lots of press because he was at Alabama and in the SEC and because of 2009, and he is a fine back, but are folks even aware he carried for a 4.0 YPC or less in 5 of his last 8 games in 2010, and 4.6 in another? His overall YPC of 5.5 in 2010 is fine but not special at the college level, and was inflated against the likes of Duke and Georgia State. Florida, Auburn, So Carolina, Mississippi, and Mississippi St all pretty much stopped him. He didn't have a 100 yard game after September (his one terrific game against top competition all season, against Arkansas on 9/25).LeShoure was 6.0 YPC last year and ran for nearly twice as many yards as Ingram, and was 6.8 YPC the year before. He runs with great power, and although he's not as fast as Ingram, IMO he will be the better workhorse in the NFL and a more productive fantasy RB.
Um... against S Carolina, he was 11-41-0.Look what Ingram did to South Carolina last season. Using YPC for college backs is a tricky practice. 5.5 in the SEC with a first time starter as your QB is an accomplishment.
It could be that they simply had no opinion but wanted to see how the voting was going.I've done that plenty of times.Other [ 2 ] [3.17%]

By last season, I meant his sophmore year, in which he rushed for 200+.Edit: 246 yards, 1TDUm... against S Carolina, he was 11-41-0.Look what Ingram did to South Carolina last season. OK, thanks. Look, I'm not knocking Ingram. He's a very highly rated back for a reason. I just think he's not going to be special by NFL standards and that Leshoure's extra size and strength (still with good enough speed at 4.53) gives him a better chance of being a top back at the next level.By last season, I meant his sophmore year, in which he rushed for 200+.Edit: 246 yards, 1TDUm... against S Carolina, he was 11-41-0.Look what Ingram did to South Carolina last season. You could very well be right. I like Leshoure more the more I watch him. He reminds me of Arian Foster. But it is hard for me to get a feel for him, watching him run out of the shotgun when the qb has a run/handoff option which the defense has to account for. Not only that, but the strict (and well run) zone scheme that Illi run make it look easy for Leshoure. Ingram, on the other hand, has plenty of 4-5 yard gains that look great and make it easy to see him doing that in the NFL.OK, thanks. Look, I'm not knocking Ingram. You can always choose null vote and see the results w/o affecting the poll.It could be that they simply had no opinion but wanted to see how the voting was going.I've done that plenty of times.Other [ 2 ] [3.17%]

If he falls to Washington in the 2nd...Say what you want, but if the right team drafts Leshoure, he will be a steal in the rookie drafts...
You could make that same statement about lots of prospects every year.Say what you want, but if the right team drafts Leshoure, he will be a steal in the rookie drafts...

I'd take Ingram #1 and Green #2.Ingram may hold out for #1 money if you take him #2.I've got the 1 and 2 right now. Leaning towards Green and Ingram. But I am thin at RB.
He might hate Pink Floyd and refuse to play for you, then you'd have to trade him for Green anyway.I'd take Ingram #1 and Green #2.Ingram may hold out for #1 money if you take him #2.I've got the 1 and 2 right now. Leaning towards Green and Ingram. But I am thin at RB.
What do the guys picking at 2 and 3 need? Seems you should be able to trade down, or trade Green away after picking him.. But Green and Ingram are easily the top 2 picks..I've got the 1 and 2 right now. Leaning towards Green and Ingram. But I am thin at RB.
I'm hoping Jones lands with the Rams, And it very well could happen. That would be a nice landing spot. I'm not sure how you couldn't consider Jones a top 2 pick if he ends up there..I don't think TB is a good landing spot for a top tier RB, I'm betting they draft a RB a little later and to an RBBC. They already have Huggins and Blount on the roster. Add another pass catching RB incase Huggins doesn't work out and they have a nice backfield already.. Blount should be a great 2 down back for a while, maybe better..Green could end up in Cinnci, that would be a nice landing spot..LeShourse may end up going in the early second..I would be interested to hear where people would rank these 4 players (AJ Ingram, LeShoure and J. Jones) if they landed int he following spots.AJ Green - ClevelandIngram - TBJ. Jones - STLLeShoure - NYG without Jacobs or BradshawI could make an arguement that LeShourse and Ingram would go 1 and 2 (in that order) and Jones (with Bradford and McDaniels) would go ahead of AJ.Of course I am making up perfect spots for these guys but they are logical selections based on needs and draft slots.Let me know how you would rank those 4 guys in a dynasty league that DOESN'T give points per reception.
This will really get interesting if Green goes to Carolina and Jones to Cleveland. If that plays out like it could, they're both probably useless for the next 3 years.
