I voted Stephen Hill. Jeffrey just seems destined to have a career riddled with problems. Hill has #1 WR upside.

I'd start considering Robert Turbin in this range as well.

Maybe Sanu as well on the next one. I know his stock dropped but he's still gonna be good. Voted Hill here on upside, though I do like Jeffery a little if he ever runs a 30.

Seems like a drop after 1.09, but a few of Turbin, James, Randle, Hill, Polk, Sanu, Jeffery, etc... will be valuable after draft day

Hill seems to make the most sense, but you have to question that 20 yd shuttle time and whether he'll be able to run routes...for a guy that is that fast in the 40 to do that bad on agility drills is concerning

I immediately thought Randle and was disappointed he wasn't on the list

I think the first 9 guys are pretty easy but when you come to pick #10 that is where it gets difficult. I know both Jeffrey and Polk have big question marks but once draft day comes we could see a clearer picture with those two.
