Probably Pierce or Criner for me, but Sanu is about the same. Not sure about Fleener as it may take him a while to adjust to NFL blocking assignments

Thanks for doing this, Jeter.

Went with Sanu.

This draft is deep - much deeper than last years.
It seems that way but Murray, Newton, Helu, Torrey Smith, Kendall Hunter and Rudolph were early 2nd round picks last year.
by the same token, 1st round disappointments from last year include Ingram, Williams, Thomas, Leshoure, Little, Baldwin, Carter and Vereen. right now, I would take any first round pick over any of these players except for Ingram

Which is also why you cant truly evaluate a draft until 3-4 years out.

No doubt. I am comparing the talent at the time of the draft. In some leagues, Greg Little and Randle Cobb (mid-late 2nd round NFL picks) were being drafted where Michael Floyd and Kendall Wright will (projected 1st round NFL picks). I really wish I would have turned my 2011 picks into 2012 picks.

I don't see why so many people act like Little had a terrible rookie year. I think the seasons that Julio and AJ had have blinded people a bit. Their rookie years were not the norm. Little put up 60 for 700, which are respectable numbers for a rookie, despite not playing football the previous season, only playing the wr position for one year, and playing on a bad offense where he was basically the only receiving option. Now granted the offense may not improve dramatically with McCoy still at the helm, but I don't think it could get much worse.

Blacket, simple stats suggest little without context. No Pun.Little was not productive on a per target basis. There was not much promise shown. He dropped balls and didn't make plays. You can't call him the only viable option - he wasn't a viable option. Also, this "only playing X for X years" argument never seems to work. If you haven't learned how to be a WR before being drafted, you are not going to learn how on the job, at this level.

But, that really wasn't the point I was making. Little was a 2nd round pick, and went in the 5-9 range. There will be 1st round NFL picks in that range this year. Players better than little, at this point in the process.

If Tannehill goes in the top 15 of the draft, I can't see how he falls out of the first round in rookie drafts.
Tannehill isn't remotely in Luck or RG3's league -- I'd be stunned if he goes in many 1st rounds (except start 2 QB). Gabbart and Locker didn't go in any of my 1st rounds last year, and they were top 10 picks.

True, I only play in 2qb leagues but try to adjust my expectations for threads like this. My meter may need better calibration.
