Rookie Draft - What to do with 4th & 5th pick? Trade up? (1 Viewer)

In my dynasty league, I have the 4th and 5th picks. The consensus is that there is the top 3 and then a big drop off.

Is it worth trading these 2 picks together for the 3rd pick?

Another option might be to trade both picks for the 2nd and 9th overall picks. I like this better but that owner is notoriously tough to trade with.

I'm in need of players in all positions. Would either of the above options be worth it or should I stay put?

I'm leaning towards the 2nd and 9th picks..

So 1-3 would be CJ, AP and Lynch? Start 1 QB?
I'm thinking those are the top 3. A few more details about the league:Start 1qb, 1rb, 3wr, 1K, 1DT, 1rb/wr No TE req. Standard performance scoring. No PPR12 team leagueContract year cap plus a practice squad
So in other words, "WDIS?"
Not really. I'm wondering what the value of these two picks are in this year's rookie draft. Unfortunately, I feel there's a huge drop right in front of me. Figures since it's the first time I've had picks like these in years.I haven't begun any trade talks yet.
If I had a top 3 pick, there's no way I'd trade it for picks 4 and 5.
I agree. And I know the top pick is off limits. Would love to get that 2nd pick for CJ.

Ok so how about a more specific question...

Is Jamarcus Russel AND Brandon Jackson better than Lynch all by himself?

I like Lynch's situation and all but Jackson is in a pretty good spot and Russel will be playing sooner than later. Granted it's for the Raiders but still...

I would have no trouble trading 1.04 and 1.05 for 1.02 and 1.09. I'm going to try for that first. But is Lynch really worth giving up 2 possible good players?
