How do you feel about these types of leagues, I have a league where there's a 5 round rookie draft than a 6 round vet draft, we have an owner who didnt pick friday, saturday sunday, weekend than grabs Antonio Brown on monday.

How do you feel about this type of a league? Just want your opinion if I'm being unreasonable, but 11 rounds of no time and people taking their sweet time annoys me to no end, especially when it seems like they're rewarded for not picking. Are your rookie drafts timed?

I would have some kind of timer, even if it is a long one like 8 hours. If owners are frequently not predrafting when they won't be around, then I'd start decreasing it each season.

My live drafts have no time limit, although if someone's taking too long the other owners will let them know to move it along.

I'm in one league with an email draft that starts on August 1st each year. No time limit and the first few rounds go pretty fast, but by mid-rounds we might have to call an owner or two to wake them up so to speak. Certainly no one lets it go more than a day without a pick.
