I thought I caught a huge break a few weeks back when someone dropped Shepard about a week before he returned to the lineup. Upon his return he was getting a ton of volume (13,9 targets and end zone looks) in the two games he played with Eli Manning after his return from injury...His last game with Eli he put up a 142 yrd game on 11 receptions off 13 targets. I thought I might have a low end #1 or at the very least a solid #2wr for the playoffs...Then he gets his issues with migraines and worse than that for his fantasy value, Eli Manning got benched.

Going forward, what if any value does Shepard have with journeyman  Geno Smith of even worse Davis Webb? Should he be dropped or is there still some value to be had? I personally don’t see him as anything more than a mediocre #3 with Smith or Webb.

Giants are likely to be down early in games.  They are going to have to throw.  Lots of targets usually equals good numbers for receivers.  The TD's will be an issue, but targets and yards for Engram and Shepard shouldn't suffer much.

Good news: Decker did fine with Geno

Bad news: I believe this will be Geno's only game he starts. Davis takes over week 14.

I'd still hold, WR market is barren.

I'm holding out hope McAdoo is fired in the next couple weeks, or enough public pressure is put on the Giants to get Eli back in the lineup.  Maybe I'm naive.  I'm probably naive.

I was tired of the headache(s) at the end of my bench so I dropped him in both leagues so he will explode.

He's the best option at WR, he'll have to catch at least 5.

Keeping him. Have him for next year on a contract as well. Had him with Dez this year and had decided to sit Dez from now on for Richardson or Sanu 'til things changed with DJax and Doctson on bench. (16 team league). Now with Eli getting Benched I have to decide on putting Dez back in on a Thurs or just go with Richardson and Sanu.  What a FREAKIN MESS

The guys on sirius said Smith is a bad NFL qb but a decent FFL qb.  Said his WR's have put up some decent stats.

I am more concerned in a week or two when they move to the rookie qb
