Why don't the Bills play him more?(offshoot of another thread)

I can't think of a reason but there's gotta be one. Does he stink at blocking? If there's a team with a screaming need for a good WR it's the Bills and geesh is he exciting.

The Bills have a very good set of WRs, and that's why he doesn't play a whole lot. They rotate their WRs a lot and they all get snaps. Even Evans isn't on the field all the time.
