***Rose Bowl '24 - Alabama 12-1 at Michigan 13-0*** (-2.5, 45.5) 5:00 (1 Viewer)

Saban has had a month to game plan, one of the best all time in college football, will not shock me if Michigan loses today
At the same time, kinda pulling for the Wolverines
SEC is one tough conference despite the rumors of their demise this year

Michigan DL establishing themselves, multiple sacks on Bama's opening drive
If the Tide cannot block better than that, long day for their Offense

-Too bad the punt returner muffed and the Defense has to defend a short field

That looked like a “business decision” by Milroe on that 3rd down slide short of the first down

I think he changed his mind on what kind of juke to put on twice and kind of lost his balance. Looked like he was going to make a quick cut and go upfield but then changed his mind to try and cut towards the sidelines but then saw someone there and tried to go back to his first move, but his legs couldn't keep up w/ his head.

It looked more deliberate to me, but a pretty big mistake either way. From where he was he could probably have dived for the first

Did Desmond Howard just say that Michigan missing the extra point kept it a one-score game? :loco:
He’s a Michigan grad. That explains a lot.
Tom Brady would never …

I remember a few years ago when Howard went on ESPN and gave his analysis of an upcoming bowl game, except he had one of the schools wrong (like Texas instead of Texas A&M). The thing is, it was clear he didn’t just misspeak — he had prepped for the segment by researching the wrong team

ETA: I was right, it was Texas/A&M!

Dang, I’m an intermittent college football fan, and I forgot how good Saban is at halftime adjustments. Michigan D needs to make a play and turn this game around

And as I typed this, Milroe fumbles!
