Forgive me if this has been addressed before. I searched for quite a while and could not find a specific answer.
In a keeper league, should the actual right to keep a player be a transferrable right?
Example:
Keeper league allows each team to keep up to 3 players.
Team A trades Shaun Alexander to Team B for Wali Lundy and one of Team B's keeper rights. The end result is that Team A ends up with 4 keeper picks and Team B ends up with 2 keeper picks plus the players that were swapped.
I'm incllined to say that the trading of the right to keep a player should not be allowed, but I don't want to be narrow minded.
Opinions?
