If you are 7-1, 6-2 or 5-3, not too early to think about it. Actually I'm always thinking about, all year...which might not be optimal.

(aside - if you're 8-0 you should probably move on from your kids league/neighborhood free league; our rec hockey team kicks guys up to the next level if they're skating is too good lol.)
