My roommate went to bed right before the bottom of 14. I woke him up with my screaming. What an awesome game. Guys playing through injuries. I think everyone except Herges played. Then that epic finish. That's got to be in my top ten all time of games watched. GO ROX!

Jim Tracy was just on and said he was under orders to take all his pitches - and take strikeout and leave it for Spillboroughs. Miller melted down on Saturday also.Under Tracy - Rockies are 53-26

I was questioning some of Tracy's moves all night but, as usual, he came out smarter than me.

Sweet game. They should have won the game in the 10th, when they would have gone 1st and 3rd with no outs if not for Tulo's base-running error. Instead Spillbouroghs ends up hitting into the inning ending DP. Then they went 1st and 3rd with one out again in the 11th and couldn't get the run across. After that coming back from 3 down in the bottom of the 14th was just crazy.

I think you let Eaton take until he sees a strike, then take on 3-1. Down 3 runs with 2 outs to go, you can't really afford to be giving away outs here and hope for an XBH to tie/win the game while you're down to your last out.

Amazing game. I was looking at the clock wondering why I was still up watching this when I had to get up at 5:00, but what a great ending!!!

Not sure how much the Rockies are going to have left for LA this day, but these next 3 are big.
