/disclaimer - speculation:

Bye week is week 9... if he's out 3 more weeks, that would bring him back week 8. By that time the Rams will be 0-7 (with maybe a win vs. the Cardinals) so they'll probably be out of contention. Add in that the Week 8 game is against the Browns - not a divisional game, not a strong opponent. They could leave him out that week as well and bring him back after their bye.

If he's ready in week 7, that would be against the Seahawks which is a big divisional game.

IMO, I think he will come back after thier bye unless (a) the team can win 2 games and (b) Seattle loses a few giving St. Louis the chance to climb the standings.

Well they keep throwing Bulger out there. What makes you think they are going to hold Sjax out against the Browns?

Bulger was in because they were 0-2 and 0-3 with a chance to go 1-2 and 1-3.Jackson won't be in there because they will be 0-7 with a chance to go 1-7.
