I love pulling some tomatoes out of my garden, slicing them in fours, add a little salt, then just munching away. num, num, num
Also voted yes for salt on watermelon.

FREAKSThisYes, but I vote no for watermelon
You could smash them all up and add them to some noodles to but that's not the questions here, mate.Salt, pepper, a little olive oil, dash of vinegar...even better when mixed with those cucumbers growing on the other side of the garden.
Oh, I get it now.PM sentI can't figure out what that's a euphemism for.
I have never seen anyone with worse opinions on food or music in my life.no for watermelon and oh hell no for tomatoes.
I just ran some quick numbers:I wonder what the collective blood pressure of the FFA is.
Ugh ####in awesome!Sea salt and a drizzle of Luger's steak sauce on a thickly sliced tomato from the local farmers market or produce stand is about as good as salad gets, IMO.
Don't be so scared of salt. Nothing wrong with it when used correctly.I wonder what the collective blood pressure of the FFA is.
They throw in some thick slices of some yellow onion at lugers. Oh so good together with the lugers sauce. Insanely overpriced, but oh some yummy. They also have thick slices of bacon which you can combine with the tomato and onion. Heavenly.Sea salt and a drizzle of Luger's steak sauce on a thickly sliced tomato from the local farmers market or produce stand is about as good as salad gets, IMO.
They probably eat their popcorn plain, too.how the hell do you not salt a tomato?
buncha healt-nut nazis.
I harvested from some 100 plants today. I ate two dozen cherry tomatoes and two 1 lb heart tomatoes. They never saw the inside of a building or a grain of salt.Yes, but I don't really add salt to where they are salty, just a small pinch and it brings out all the flavor. I could also just eat a tomato out of the garden like an apple.
I like to wrap a couple of these in plastic and put them in the fridge. Something good happens when the juices, mayo and salt mingle and chill for a few hours.White bread, thick cut perfectly ripe summer tomatoes, Mayo, lots of salt and pepper. Best sandwich on earth imo.
Yes to salt.
Insanely overpriced is right. But it is great and so easily replicated at home for a fraction of the cost, especially if you omit the bacon. They throw in some thick slices of some yellow onion at lugers.
