Santana Moss (1 Viewer)

True he's a default #1 for the Skins, but now w/ Randle El hurt, there's just nobody else there to catch passes outside of Cooley or dumping it off to Portis. Of course he must stay healthy, but anybody see Moss with a huge year just based on the sheer amount of targets. Like 80/1200/9 simply on volume?

Will they be throwing more in this new Zorn offense, less or just about the same?

They'll throw more but look for Cooley and Portis to get the bulk of the increase. I'd shoot for Moss next year....

how hurt is ARE? I didn't see that anywhere. And the Skins passing offense looks pretty rough right now. I think it may take a few weeks or months for them to get it all together. I hope it doesn't take that long, but its starting to look that way...

With Marshall out, I need to either start Moss or Mason in PPR. I am going to have to go with Mason. I need to see Moss actually do something in this new offense before I start him. I drafted Moss before Mason only cause I knew he would slip a couple rounds and figured Moss has some big upside. But I want to see it firts. Especially with Flacco glued to Mason in their last preseason game together.

As a Skins homer I have to say JCamp has far more chemistry with El & Cooley than he does with Moss.

He has a broken bone in his hand, but is expected to wear a protective brace and play week1.
He practiced two days in a row and is expected to play wk1.

Getting back to the topic of S. Moss. If his hamstrings hold up he could very well have a 75/1100/8 year. I have targeted him in my drafts.

I think Moss is an awful fit for the WCO and will disappoint his owners again this year, healthy or not.

I'm kinda in the same boat. I have to play Santana, Burleson, or Anthony Gonzales to replace Steve Smith. I drafted Moss first thinking he would be my replacement for Smith, but as of right now I have Burleson in my lineup. I was pretty high on the new WCO in Washington going into my draft, but I am a little worried right now and am thinking of playing the wait and see strategy with the skins offense. I'd be thrilled with some of the projections posted in this thread.
