I picked this guy up as a spot starter but am thinking of holding onto him. What are his long-term (for the rest of the season) prospects? I've never seen him pitch......does he have the stuff to be consistently good all year?

He had good control in the minors and has shown ok control thus far in 57 major league innings. However, that .217 BAA is going to correct at some point. His stuff is nothing special, but it is decent, I expect hitters to catch up to him at some point but if you need pitching ride the hot streak while you can, he's going to be continually sent out there as the Jays staff is decimated with injuries right now.

His next start appears to be Oakland in cavernous McAfee, but probably has the AL East gauntlet thereafter. I'm streaming him this week but am sending him back thereafter. He could do well, you never know, but I won't risk it.
