Not sure exactly what you're looking for, but the FBG staff collective wrote a scouting report for every starting offensive and defensive player and a fair number of backups, albeit slightly fantasy slanted, in the spring. Many were updated through the summer. They can be accessed from the link to "2007 preseason info" on the Outlook tab of the player pages. You can also access smaller blurbs about every team's position group in our offseason team reports, which can still be accessed from the articles tab.
ESPN provides scouting reports as insider content, but I don't think they've been updated in 12 months.
