Seahawks at Bills (1 Viewer)

Running up the score is not something that applies to professional sports IMO. College yes, high school, etc.

These guys get paid to play, if they can't stop that Seahawks from scoring 50 that is their problem.

Throwing INTs for pick 6's is only helping SEA score on you. BUF is pathetic this season.

Go back in time three years. Would you have imagined that you were going to be talking about the Seahawks potentially running up the score on an opponent? On the road?

I agree. Last week's beat down didn't bother me. The complaints about throwing the ball while up big are ridiculous--it was in 2nd or 3rd and long situations with the backup QB playing for the first time all season. But a fake punt when up 30 late in the 4th quarter seems questionable to me.

It's amazing how Gailey continues to have Fitz air it out and not give it to Spiller!!!
It happens when you're down 30
Spiller averaged 6.1 yards per carry. Fitzpatrick averaged 5.7 per pass, got sacked 3 times and turned it over 3 times. No matter how you look at it, it didn't make any sense to throw that much. Frankly, I'm glad Buffalo is getting embarrassed like this over and over. There's no room to waffle now; Gailey and Fitz both have to go at the very least with Nix a strong possibility as well.

Local radio guys put it pretty well postgame, I think. No outrage about the fake punt - the Bills stunk, couldn't get off the field, and it's professional football - these guys aren't kids. But I wouldn't be happy if the situation was flipped and the Bills faked a punt against someone while up 30.

That was more of a neutral field today, but no...I wouldn't have thought this possible two or three years ago.
