Seahawks at Lions (1 Viewer)

Staff finally doesn't throw off of his back foot or side-arm it and has a great 46 yard throw for a touchdown....he's gotta keep concentrated on his mechanics and he'll be back to stud form in no time...

Calvin being blanketed by 2 or 3 on every play.

Kevin Smith just in on 3rd down for the first time. interesting.

Calvin's been well blanketed. The first Det TD was fully due to the DBs doubling Calvin and letting Broyles go uncovered. He's only been targeted once but I think it was thrown short. Might not be good for Calvin owners but the extra attention he's getting is probably very helpful to the Lions.

Calvin had a wicked block on Richard Sherman that sprung Titus for a first down just now. he's in on every play, but more of a decoy than anything.

All kidding aside this is great post. If teams just triple cover CJ and still win then it's going to really be a long season for Lions and CJ owners.

On the other side, Lynch has been well bottled up. Other than the perfectly blocked, untouched 77 yard TD, he hasn't had a chance to move the pile at all.

Also, this Chris Meyers guy is awful. Misidentifying players every third play, mis-calling yard lines etc...

He's real close to getting benched. Hell, my 6th WR is outproducing him over the past 3 weeks.

Agree Sweeney, he is awful.

#### you stafford. Seriously. #### YOU!How can you suck so bad? He's 6'5" and he has to jump as high as possible to try and catch your #### passes. You suck. Way to try and get him hurt. POS

Stafford with plenty of time, wanted to go deep but SEA secondary had everything locked up.

Calvin gets 3rd target 15 yard pass but dropped while hitting the ground, Browner hit him while coming down.

Pretty dumb challenge because if it is ruled incomplete, the Lions can accept the defensive holding penalty and get an automatic first down.

Is Carroll challenging the catch? What a boneheaded move.

If he's right, then the Lions can just accept the defensive holding penalty and get a first down anyway. So the best Carroll can hope for is a net gain of 4 yards.

If two schlubs like Archie Bunker and I can figure this out, it's pretty incredible that Carroll could not.

I don't understand Carroll's challenges. Even if it's overturned, it's still a 1st down by penalty. On top of it just being a bad challenge to begin with.

my gawd he is a pile of ####. 6'5 sheffler and the ball is like 8 feet hight. The safety leaps up for the INT.

It's a game of inches...
Come on. You think it's worth wasting a challenge and potentially losing a time out over 4 yards at midfield? Surely a more pivotal challenge-able play will arise between now and the end of the game.

Seahawks needed that stop. Bad as the boxscore or your fantasy score may look, the Lions are actually moving the ball pretty well.
