How about when a team “closes out” a team in the bottom half or even a team below the closed out team can take a 4th player from that team….or perhaps it’s a forced trade where the team losing the 4th can take back an unprotected from the poachers unprotected list

I lost Langeliers, India and Lowe and I was most worried about losing (reliever) A.J. Puk or a prospect, so I think there's a lot of dart throwing / drafting for need going on (myself definitely included).

I'm fine with things as is, but one idea would be to exclude guys w less than 200 MLB ABs from being poached. I think the true rebuilding teams should not have to spend their 25 spots on their prospects.
