Shady McCoy vs future assets on a WIN NOW team (1 Viewer)

I procured Shady for peanuts in a trade when he was between teams and now I'm in trade talks with a RB desperate team. He's offering a 2020 2nd (mid high), 2021 2nd and JJAW. It seems like a slam dunk but I'm the defending champ and 3-1 and my RBs are Chubb, Mixon, Breida, Barber, Drake, Guice, Hunt, Darwin, J Hill. 

Shady is one of my top 2-3 RBs currently and I have my eyes on a repeat but is that just too much to pass up? Should I trade his old ### away and try to win without him?
