Should you make a trade if you (1 Viewer)

I was wondering what your guys opinions are about trading away players if your team is out of the playoff hunt. I don't mean trading for the sake of collusion, ut if an owner offers you a fair trade, should you take it??? In one of my leagues I was trying to make a trade for a top tier RB- The big ones out there

Try and win games, as many as possible.

In a dynasty/keeper format, try and win as many games as possible in the coming year(s).

If it helps your franchise "be a winner"... go for it!

In a dynasty or keeper league absolutely. In a redraft not so much although if it helps you to be a spoiler then why not?

If you are in a $$$ redraft league and you are officially out of playoffs and you can't win any money then it should not be legal to trade (serves no purpose except for fun/competitiveness).

If its dynasty...yeah I've purged my team many times to build for future years by trading/unloading so/so aging veterans from my roster for future draft picks or unproven youngsters to playoff contender owners who could use a marginal point producing veteran for roster depth incase they're studs go down to injury.

So by the same logic, should an NFL team stop playing once they are out of the playoff race?Fun and competition is what FF is all about. In fact, there is nothing worse than an owner that throws in the towel once out of the run for the playoffs. Especially if everyone but you has a matchup against them.
